What is Podiatry?
Podiatry is all about taking care of your feet, ankles, and lower legs. It's like a special kind of medicine that focuses on studying, diagnosing, and treating any problems you might have with those parts of your body.
Who is a Podiatrist or Foot Doctor?
A podiatrist, or foot doctor, specializes in treating foot, ankle, and lower leg problems. They diagnose and manage conditions like foot pain, injuries, and deformities, helping patients maintain healthy feet and mobility.

Flat Foot
Flat foot also known as pes planus is a medical condition of the foot with minimal to no heel arch present. In simpler language, the whole foot touches the ground. Foot pain, body imbalance, and stiffness are the most common symptoms.

This condition rarely needs surgical intervention. A non-invasive treatment is always preferred. To help you treat your symptoms, we recommend using our custom insoles and ankle-high shoes.
Toe Walking
Toe walking is a condition where toddlers tend to walk on their toes. This may stem from weak muscles, spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, or heel pain.

Most kids stop toe-walking after their second year, but if they continue, it might be the right time to see a physiotherapist. We recommend our ankle-high shoes to fix the problem.
Knock Knees
Knock knees are also known as genu valgum. A condition where knees tilt inward and, as a result, the distance between ankles increases. As the body grows it can cause joint issues if not treated early.

For knock knee correction, we recommend our custom insoles. It reduces pressure on the knees and feet by redistributing your body weight evenly throughout your feet. which ultimately brings the knee's natural alignment back.
High Arch
High arch also known as cavus foot. A medical condition where a high arch foot puts excessive pressure on the ball and heel. This can lead to foot pain and discomfort.

We recommend our ankle-high shoes to treat the problem and improve your quality of life.
